Tom Bashe is an associate broker at Coldwell Banker Residential, a full service Real Estate Brokerage specializing in Residential Real Estate Sales in Southern California. Rancho Santa Margarita is one of Orange County’s youngest master planned communities. Most of its homes were built between 1985 and 2000.
